How we do it

Where structure is involved we repair to manufacturer geometry — not eyeballed, not pulled straight and hoped for. Panels that cannot be saved get replaced, panels that can are repaired, and we tell you plainly which is which and why.
We work with insurers and we work privately. If a claim will cost you more in excess and lost no-claims than the repair itself, we will say so rather than quietly process it.
